The Rotary Club of Westbury

Apart from helping with this event, the Rotary Club help with many other projects.

Westbury Rotary Club has been serving the Town and surrounding area for more than 50 years.

In that time we have raised hundreds of thousand pounds for charity - both local and international.

Internationally we have helped to build a clinic in Nepal, a small reservoir in Kenya, established water purifying plants in Indonesia and contributed to Rotary International's pledge to rid the planet of Polio.

Locally we have recently helped restore a charity shop, installed a kitchen in a Day Centre and undertaken the restoration of the White Horse for which one of our members was named as Westbury Person of the Year.

We are now delighted to form a partnership with Avon Valley Runners to put on the Imber Ultra.

Funds raised will go to Wheelpower and Crosspoint, two worthy causes who between them help the young and the old, the disabled and infirm.
